Open Shopify Admin, select your store, then open Refund Integrity Guard from Apps.

Read-only evidence. The app cannot create or change refunds, returns, orders, inventory, or fulfillment data.
Immediate 60-day scan. Available preceding history is scanned progressively after installation.
Careful classifications. Uncertain financial, quantity, and restock evidence is always Review Required.
